Welcome to Realm Madness and the Ghosthunter app! By using our app, you agree to the following terms regarding your access and usage.
This License Agreement covers the Ghosthunter Offline v.1.4.6 (DRM-Free) version and all subsequent updates.
Access and Usage
Upon purchasing the Ghosthunter app, you are granted a perpetual, DRM-free license to use the app and its professional features. This means you own your copy of Ghosthunter and can install and use it on your own devices for personal use.
However, you are strictly prohibited from sharing, redistributing, or otherwise making the application available to others. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading it to torrent sites, internet forums, file-sharing services, or providing copies to friends and family. Your purchase grants you a personal license; it is not a license for distribution. All rights to the application remain with Realm Madness.
Updates and Installation
All future updates for Ghosthunter will be made available exclusively on the official Itch.io page: https://grmdev.itch.io/ghosthunter. It is the user's responsibility to visit this page to check for and download the latest versions of the app, and to perform any necessary custom installations. Installation instructions and other relevant documents will be provided on the Itch.io page.
License Validity
Your license becomes effective immediately upon purchase and remains valid indefinitely for the purchased version and all future releases of the app. This is a perpetual license, granting you continued access and use of the app without further subscription fees, unless terminated or modified as outlined below.
Changes and Termination
We may update this License Agreement periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. Realm Madness reserves the right to modify or terminate this License at any time, particularly in cases of severe misuse or violation of the agreement's spirit regarding intellectual property or prohibited activities.
Liability Limitation
Realm Madness, founded by Oneak, operates as an informal group rather than a corporation or association. Our apps and games are created for fun and as learning tools in game and app development and may contain bugs or other issues. Oneak and the Realm Madness team disclaim any liability for damages or issues arising from the use of our products. You acknowledge that Realm Madness and Oneak will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our products.
Governing Law
The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland and the applicable laws of the European Union. Disputes related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Finland.
